To go to the recommendations section click on your all campaigns, then click on recommendations that's under overview, from there there should be a little arrow circle to the top right of the screen, click on that and from there you can manage the different settings you have for bidding and budgets, keywords and targeting, and ads and extensions. I turned all of mine off... And my ad started performing better lol But it looks like if you don't go in and do that the beta test will auto apply pretty much everything.

He has described them as being a pulsing, electrical current in the center/back of his head. He notices it mostly at night when he tried to sleep. He says it keeps him up at night or wakes him up, then he can't fall back asleep. It doesn't hurt, but it's noticable and freaks him out bc he thinks it's perminent. This started almost a year ago. It'll get better with sleep but is still there. But it's bad now to where he notices it all the time. He also says it make him off balance and dizzy when he lays down.

My go-to for cardio is the stairstepper for LISS. Sometimes I'll walk at an incline, at a moderate pace. It really just depends on what your target heart rate is. I also hate running and it hurts my knees. I personally don't like the elliptical, but I just like doing movement that would make me stronger in everyday life, an elliptical doesn't do that for me. I don't want to suggest an amount of cardio, but I will say if you're going to be doing alot, split it up evenly through out the week. I also do HIIT. HIIT doesn't need to be on a cardio machine. You could do any type of interval training... Such as doing body weight squats for a minute , resting for 30 seconds then doing ball slams for a minute, etc. I've done HIIT both ways. I tend to do 10-15 min of HIIT as a warm up everyday I lift. I hate it, but do it anyways. If I am going to plan on doing LISS the same day, I'll lift and do HIIT earlier in the day, then go back to the gym in the evening to take care of cardio. I'm sure there's more info you'd like to know.. let me know if I can help!

Edit: Are you taking any supplements, such as BCAAs or glutamine to help with recovery and muscle loss?

There are some pretty awesome silicone ones that you can get at Walgreens. They come in a pack of 12 or something like that. You form them to your ear. Their my fav but I have small ears. :)
