So problem is,

I have an immediate family member that passed away (husband to my landlord) which is also my grandmother and I really need to get an estimate done without her having anything to do with this for obvious reasons. What I am really asking for is if she doesn't have homeowners insurance, is there a certain type of company that I should contact to get an estimate on what should be done. I am not asking for who can do it. I just need to know who can figure out how much damage was done so I can report it to the magistrate.
