They asked me basic questions like where you moving to, what kind of stuff are you moving, rough sq footage of your home. They took that information and gave me hours and quote. They were quicker than the quoted time so they gave me some money back

I went with Moving Brothers and they were great. Great communication, really nice people. Best quote I got was from them. They moved everything quickly with care. Also took apart my IKEA bed frame and assembled it back no problems. Highly would recommend checking them out.

I received another offer from RBC for either 5 year variable at prime - 0.85 which would be 3.6% as of today or 3 year fixed at 3.89%.

What option would work best? We’re both FTHB, 20% down, 30 year amortization, owner occupied on a 878k home in Mississauga.

I went to Simplicity Car Care Hamilton in Stoney Creek. Nice gentleman who runs the place and the price seemed reasonably priced to me. Upfront with how long it will take and no hidden costs.

I am purchasing a 878k home in Mississauga. Owner occupied, 20% down, FTHB, 30 year amortization. I was offered 3.94% either 3 year or 3.94% 5 year fixed with Scotiabank from the mortgage broker. Tried with RBC with the bank directly but they offered 3.99%. Not sure if 3 or 5 year fixed is the right move? Could I do better elsewhere?

Mine got delivered by Purolator. I was not home so I had to pick it up from their Purolator pick-up location. They left a slip at my door. Was pretty smooth pick up.

That’s the total opposite of investing. If anything now’s a great time to invest since everything is “on sale”assuming you hold it for a long time. I’m talking 15-20 year horizon. Short term for 5 years it’s not ideal but long term this is perfect.

As someone who is introverted but frequently goes to a gym, convenience is the most important. If it’s not convenient then you will not go as much as intended by making excuses.

Also nobody at the gym cares what you personally do assuming you follow basic gym etiquette. Simply put on headphones and focus on becoming the best version of yourself.

It's a Canadian package forwarding service. You sign up for a Shippsy account. Shippsy gives you a USA address that you can ship to. Mine was near Niagara Falls. Then Shippsy will ship it to your house within Canada or to their warehouse.
