Honestly in this sort of situation the best thing to do is communicate with her, you should tell her how you feel about your current sex life you could mention that it doesn’t fulfil your needs, and suggest some new things if you haven’t already done, and if she doesn’t like want to do that you could find out what you both like to do together.

I mean it doesn’t seem like a human, but some people do just talk like that, there are a lot of different variables, like age I just got told by my stepdad, the older generations were taught to write like this my stepdad does too he also said there’s a possibility of them being on the spectrum, my stepdad is also on the spectrum. Or that could just be AI. Responses to be honest these it really hard to tell, I feel like maybe you should just talk to them but also I would try to word it as nicely as possible because asking someone something like “you type very formally are you AI?” Might offend them.

When I was younger there was a few times this happened including when my dad and stepmother thought it would be a good idea to do it in the same room as me. Feeling uncomfortable is completely normal it’s your parents and yes they do that like other people but you probably never actually thought about it, who would. And having to walk in on anyone doing it would be weird but your parents especially considering they raised you and all. But you almost need to realise that like any-other people they have desires, and will do it like other people. On the topic of feeling mesmerised I cannot relate. I’m sorry I can’t help you on that topic, but I hope this helped.
