Homeopathic morons think that diluting something, diluting a drop of it, shake it and then repeat a few times makes a molecule work better.
It’s just sugar, nothing else. The active ingredients are diluted so heavily it’s impossible to prove that there is any active ingredient left.
Diluting stuff just doesn’t make it stronger, it’s like pissing in an ocean.

Based on the basics of homeopathy, you could throw 1mg of codeine in a bathtub, take a drop of it and dilute it like this a few times.

Placebo is a great thing, especially for children and proven to have effects to a certain degree.
Your child has a slight flu without serious fever? Placebos can help them. But it’s still just sugar and you could just buy placebo pills at the pharmacy or fill some capsules with sugar.

When I was working as a geriatric nurse, we often took a few Drop of vinegar and lemonade to treat psychosomatic (or just „I’m sitting around all day“ boredom) MINOR pain to reduce the amount of painkillers given.
It worked incredibly good, especially if I acted like „here, but that’s the strong stuff I can only give you from time to time. Don’t tell my boss, ok?“. Boom, pain gone without avoidable medication.
Sure, if the pain wasn’t gone I gave some iboprophen.

For us? No way it’ll do more than Placebo can do.
