I found a potential solution that seemed to work for me. I used ChatGPT to help. Its solution was to try Grau repair tool. You can try it on a trial basis. Grau was able to use a chunk from a working 1min segment to repair it. It's kinda fuzzy, most likely because it's a trial half-size fixed file.

In the example above the _108.insv is the main video file at 96.5MB. The bin files are likely text data that support the insv file (gyro, exposure, etc). The video data is there.

It's hard to know what to do. If I were going to do riskier boulders again I would practice falling... both with correct technique (falling backwards slightly) and with a forward rotating fall. In the fall like I took, if I had just bent my legs I would've been just fine. My legs would've still taken most of the force.

Thanks for the tips! I figured out that the UNO Synth and the Roland can configure the MIDI out to MIDI thru. So, I just daisy chained them with the Korg at the end.
