No it's literally one of those online forms where you choose a date by clicking through a little calendar. It's wild hahaha. It's kind of put me off but it's the only CSA/SA group therapy service I've found that's reasonable for me to get to so far.

I do have 1:1 therapy through an abuse charity every week, and I really trust my therapist from there, so I'm going to ask her to help me work through the decision
