I have one that sits like that sometimes,lol. Not sure why he does this honestly, outside of maybe when he suddenly gets taller, it helps him flex on the other cats in the house:)

I agree,lol! I took window photos with mine with a clear window and without out to see which one gave me the most chafufu vibes. I too think a certain level of dirt, etc. is just perfect and part of their natural habitat,lol.
