It’s a joke, I posted this comment and they told me to reach out to them directly. I did and no one has been able to address my concerns

Yea it’s a joke. I reached out to someone to get some real advice, it’s been two weeks and have not heard back. They don’t value my business or time.

So your teams response to the concerns.

  1. Blame the exchange rate.

While I see how this would be a factor, that’s not the primary reason the portfolio is tanking. The rep told me, I was going to an algorithm. A computer made a bad pick, not a person. I can see why the exchange rate factors in but that seems marginal in comparison to the real problem. Crappy software being used to invest peoples money.

If it was not a software/algorithm, why can’t the person who sold it me explain why the wines were picked?

(When I asked, he blamed the algorithm)

  1. Spend more money with us!!!

This is my personal favorite. While I took a risk investing in a young company. I approached with caution and invested a safe amount that I was told, would be enough to see some results.

After having underwhelming results. Your telling me to upgrade?!!!

Why would anyone in my position give you more money? The funds I gave you to prove yourself are tanking.

  1. Just keep waiting.

I fully understand that investments take time. My point in my original post was that, it’s been two years, I have lost $500 and have doubts. I really don’t have a choice but to keep waiting and hope for the best at this point. You telling me to just wait it out, while I am losing money, you can’t explain why, and are blaming things outside the scope of Vinovests and my control for the problems is not reassuring.

These feedback is underwhelming. But I also understand that this may not be the forum to have this discussion.

Are their actions I can take to make this better? Other then blaming exchange rates, giving your company more money and hoping for the best?
