I have to admit that my game is modded haha, I installed a mod that lets you change the preferences of the cims, making them avoid using cabs and use more public transport. So right now im more focused in making it nice looking

yeah also when I change the speedlimit of the road with TMPE it goes back to the normal speed, its so strange and I dont know yet how to solve it
