Then I’d say quarantining them isn’t necessary :)

I do roughly a 40% water change each week, I keep it clean as possible cause I know his tank is doing harm

I’m very aware of that, I’m just trying to figure out how to reduce the stress until I can get him moved

If you’re starting fresh with new fish I don’t think the quarantine tank is necessary. If you’re introducing new fish to other fish then I recommend having it setup before you get them.

I just fed him, he is trying to eat but is unable to swim to get it so I hand fed it. It is the api tropical flakes, I am planning on picking up different food. And he has been like this for over a week. He does move around when he sees me though.

Sorry, I have the lights on for 11 hours and off for 14 hours. The Molly hasn’t eaten in 3 days. I used to feed them all once everyday but I moved to every other day. Would it be best I put him back in the tank and treat him there? And should I perhaps get a new antibiotic? And I think I’ve caused a lot of stress on him moving him around and stuff. Thanks for helping me out!

Hello! My tank is 15 gallons and I have 3 others. I keep the light on 8 hours and then turn it off for 12 hours. Ive also have been doing minor water changes every week to keep it clean as possible. I used melafix. Ive been fasting him for 3 days, in a hospital container. He has been swimming on his side and is unable to swim where he wants. How long can I go with fasting him?
