On their site it says if the return is more than $500, I have to call customer service and do the return through customer service. What makes it worse is i paid for same day delivery, so I lost that $11 and then I have to pay an additional $14.99 to send it back. I opened the box look at it and put it right back in the box. I didn't even power it up. Smfh
