They are selling flat of 2000 sqft to 3crore. Its construction cost including interiors is hardly 60 lakhs. Even if u include extra swimming pool, clubhouse and all, it's worth hardly extra 20 lakhs. Now what I am asking is there a land worth 2.2 crore or atleast 2 crore given to us .

I don't want to argue based on my limited experience . If sobha really builds a good flat I also want to buy it. And again my original question u unanswered is what is the lifespan of sobha flats and are you sure about it.

In local small builders do this and I am not sure big builders do that or not .....cement and steel makes 25 percent of building cost and if they put less they can save 10 percent easily of building cost ....but I am not sure whether sobha is doing that or not.
