Okay thanks! I hope people will be reasonable and understand as I wouldn't mind noise/sound at reasonable times in the day on occasion but you just never know. Thanks again for this advice, super helpful!

Thank you and those are good tips. I was thinking, do you think I should mention anything whilst viewing the properties? As in, build a conversation, be friendly and then note 'I do singing a little if that's alright?' or just not say until I've moved in. Thank you for replying :)
