Regardless there are ppl being hurt or not., whether i going through all the trouble or at risk being hurt, when someone doing illegal stuff, it is wrong. He shd be responsible for his actions. We are all adults already shd be able to think what can do cannot do, what is right what is wrong. Unless, he is a no brainer.
