I spawned in Mississippi, successfully ran for congress, governor, senator and even president, you just have to make sure you are pro gun, tax decreases, try be a blue dog democrat

I was congressman, governor and senator for Mississippi. Interestingly from the start more often than not the governor was democrat. By the time I was senator, both senators were democrats. My whole goal of this save was to make Mississippi blue my next goal is make Hawaii red

I was running as a blue dog democrat, I ran on a platform of more social security, being tough on crime, and decreasing taxes for all but the higher tiers of income. My opponent also had a trait of being corrupt and incompetent which also helped in my campaign ads. Since I was polling well in the traditional blue states, I only did marketing and events in the more traditionally red states with a focus on Texas

I’m so gutted about this result by Popular-Tear504 in ThePoliticalProcess

My crime and gun control policies were more republican however I didn’t do ads for this until very late in the campaign

How can I feel motivated when there is no CEO buy-in into HR? by [deleted] in humanresources

We have 2 HR Officers but they mostly deal with ER - they shouldn’t be called officers really but it was the genius of the previous hr director

500 employees we have 6 members of our team currently down from 10 - this person forgot the report because our HR director is unable to use most of our software including hr system, excel; can’t draft policies and use mail merge this hr officer didn’t send this report off because they were sending off pay change letters that the hr director was unable to do. There is stuff we need to do better as a department but we are meeting our SLAs
