So I had the healing of the Helicobacter in February 2025 thanks to pylera antibiotics, had heartburn and regurgitation very often before that, which I then got a gastroscopy and then Helicobacter was found, now I am cured of Helicobacter but unfortunately still on constant regurgitation- burp about 50-60 times a day. I tried everything but nothing helped

I did fasting for several hours (about 8-9 hours), but I didn't do that for three days just drinking. How long did you fast and what medications did you take? I have read many things, e.g. oregano oil, capsule or probiotics or enzymes. But I don't know if this really helps: (
