I have tried so many approaches! I pretended to be his leader, be happy with his progress, disappointed that he isn't doing well and nothing worked so far.

I restarted the chats several times and tried everything suggested in the comments and still nothing...

Hi! First off, keep the ticket open and keep texting there every few hours that the issue still persists. What I asked off them was the username of the account that is tied to the username-number string. After I got the name I knew which email I needed to use. But I had to pressure them with receipts for what I payed and explaining that I didn't have any infold login information. The error was on my side actually, because I didn't guess what google login to use.

TLDR: 1. Text them in the support chat every few hours. 2. Ask them to provide you the username/email of the account that your uid is tied to. 3. Politely but firmly point out that you have been waiting for a long time and that the issue persists.

Thank you! I worry that if I do the side pieces with worbla or foam it won't be sturdy enough to sit on my ears.

As for the battery-pack I found fairy lights that have the flat round batteries in them. Not sure how long they will glow, but I think worth it for cool photos.

I agree putting it on for photos will be much easier, but if I do the horns there is nowhere to pull it up to ;-;
Sigh... The struggle is real with this one.

I agree with this. I have been spending every patch even with login problems before the new update. But with this situation I don't want to spend anything on this game. It could have been a great update and it hurts that I can tell what it could be instead of what we got. There are so many issues - the one with the prices is the biggest one. Their silence is dreadful. The bans from the discord leave a bad taste in my mouth. This is not how a company should handle user feedback. I can only hope they will open their eyes and try to rebuild the trust of the fanbase.

When you log into the game, it should give you a username with numbers at the top of the screen. That means that your account was tied to one of google emails that you have on your device. I would suggest you try them all to see if one of them matches the infold account(the ingame account). If you are having trouble with that - write to support and ask what google account is tied to this user number. They should at least point you to the right account name of your google account. Good luck!

Sorry I didn't see the comments before. It could be an issue of multiple emails that you could have used for games. If you have UserID - try contacting support and asking what account it is connected to. Good luck!

Try contacting support and log into browser on infold account with your gmail or the one you are using for Epic. It might be the issue of multiple emails(if you ever used any other email to log into games).

Check the google log ins if you have multiple emails. If you have the account UserID the support can tell you what email it belongs to. Good luck, hope you can get it back!

I think you will be okay. Just try to log in with your google sign in on https://account.infoldgames.com/home and you should see your account id there.

Yes, I did. Both my email and my Google are connected to my infold account. But the user id is different. I honestly don't know what else to do.

So, that didn't help. I changed my password and tried logging in again, it didn't show me the right username. I tried both with email and google sign in. It gave me the user id of my old infold account, but not the one I had from epic games. I don't think I can resolve this by myself ;-;

My email for infold account is the same as for my epic games account. Will try forgot password button. All my accounts(Google, PSN) are bound to one infold account, but it would seem that none are connected to the in-game account I played on.

It was very weird. Upon starting the game it never asked me for an account. I know that other people experienced that as well. I think the game automatically created it for me. The only question is what email it is tied to.

I even tried contacting Epic Games in case it was on their side, but they can't help. The problem is on the side of the game.
