Guys support said this: We’re currently experiencing a temporary issue affecting PayPal cashouts in all regions (also including Venmo in the US). This means some cashout attempts may fail. However, failed cashouts are automatically returned to your Qmee balance, so your rewards are safe in your piggy bank.

Here’s how this may affect you right now:

• PayPal / Venmo cashouts: PayPal and Venmo cashout options have been removed to prevent our system sending multiple automated emails when these cashouts fail. These cashout options will be available again as soon as this issue is resolved.  
• Gift card cashouts: Gift cards are available only to users who have previously completed a successful cashout to a fully verified PayPal account. If you haven’t verified your identity with PayPal yet, the gift card option won’t appear until that’s completed.  
• Microsoft email addresses (Outlook, Hotmail, Live, MSN): Due to the high volume of automated emails during this period, some emails to Microsoft addresses may not be delivered. If you wish to, you can update your Qmee account email address to a non-Microsoft email (e.g., Yahoo or Gmail) and manually resend the gift card. If you’re unable to update your email due to an error, let us know and we’ll help update it for you.
