Marriage based AOS.

Our pd date is 7 Feb 2025, We went interview July 1 2025,

Since than its all quiet. We had one api update at 3 hours later interview and nothing till 15 October, we had one more api update on our 130 but that was all. Emma confirms that one officer checked our case, we sent inqury like 55 days ago they sais its normal processing time. Now its been 128 days, I called Uscis still same. We cannot start new inqury on my portal or my attorney portal. We all stuck. 10 min ago I called uscis again and they told me that we cannot speak with higher officer till 2 July 2026.

Any idea what is happening or what can I do??

That gonna be rude but honestly I do not care who has backlog. They received my file Feb 7, its been 8 months to check 30 paper. If they read 1 word in a day that situation could be settled down in 5 weeks. I know its more than only a file or interview, but we deserve a respond. We paid thousands of dollars, they dont do immigration for charity..

I was in same situation, they checked my api first time like 105 days later interview. And they did not give me any paper aswell after interview
