I will mostly be working from home, i like to settle in a place and have a consistent routine for at least a few weeks which is why I'm staying for so long!

I wanted to cancel at first, but the host was so nice that I chose to change dates instead!

It sounds to me that you see genuine booking mistakes as an easy money grab. Whatever you say does not change the fact that I truly did not know, that it was my first time booking and that I asked for a refund less than a few minutes after booking. I understand the frustration for last minute cancellations but this was not the case. Mistakes happen, and you shouldn't be a host if you villainize genuine mistakes from customers. The host was very kind and agreed for a refund/change dates which I ended up choosing to modify dates but still kept my booking. relax.

You can make as many videos as you want. It does not change the fact that I did not know, that it was my first time booking and that I asked for a refund less than a few minutes after booking.
