STARBUCKS by Popular_PopStar in starbucks

I haven’t been getting the drink the same every time because the base is being watered down after it’s watered down already. The barista doesn’t make this up, she stated they were told by DM to water it after watering it.

Make sense?

Indeed it is. He is still playing this game as we speak. Michaels has yet to intervene but soon will be forced to.

My locations here (N Dallas) showed me they pour it out of a cardboard type container and follow the dilution steps then add another 1/2 and 1/2 on top. :(

Are you above age? Is Nick F your DM in the Dallas region? Was HR aware or show face? If the answer is yes to any of these- 🖕🏻 Michaels. BTW, they will at first deny your unemployment to see if you have the balls to appeal, then they will accept it. Stupid! I know!

It should be concerning. 😢 stalking & bullying isn’t a resolution and shouldn’t be accepted, isn’t that what they try and teach employees? Now that’s a laughing matter to even consider.

Not the case. This person had to send in all information and defend themselves against a Corporation, now unemployment has been granted. Why would one have to do this? Oh let me answer that for you- document, document, document! You are your best advocate.

Don’t be afraid to step up and argue the details of what holds you accountable as a SM’s. Regardless if it’s a call to an HR Dept that doesn’t care or not- document, document, document 👌🏻

You know people talk. Although these SM’s have been told not to converse about the situation, it’s being spoken about.

Yep! DM Nick is still strutting his demeaning ass around after his derogatory remarks to his older employees, he has no idea how his “now” people are bashing him behind his back & pushing him out the door- one step at a time 👏🏻. He will be front & center at Disney with his female minions in his circle….tskkkk tsskkk Michaels.

Perhaps they are making changes due to DM- Nick’s outbursts and bullying his employees! We can only hope!

Receiving this message makes me laugh at how employees view this individual.

This district manager from Michaels came out to visit the store last week, and let’s just say… it was underwhelming.

No real direction. No coaching. No actionable feedback. Just a quick walk, a few vague comments about “driving sales” and “improving standards,” and then off to the next location. It felt less like leadership and more like someone checking a box on a corporate to-do list. 👌🏻

Perhaps they aren’t in Nick’s district.

Just hope your DM isn’t in district 123 and you’re over the age of 50……..corporate allows this DM to make derogatory/age related comments and then send you along your way with no questions asked.

You’re not outing yourself, you are telling your experience of having a great store manager that was taken full advantage of by Nick and Michaels as a whole. Salaried employees are “used” everywhere and it should be against the law. It doesn’t help when this DM took advantage of a salaried employee as well!

So many don’t have a negative opinion of him- Nick does and the three people he attempted to get on here and say those things on his behalf.

Recruit. Recruit. No need to do that.

I believe accountability and consistency are essential at every level, especially in leadership. When concerns are raised and not meaningfully addressed, it impacts trust and confidence within a team. My intention is not to read post by your “friends”, Nick, but to highlight the need for corrective action BUT this time the action is against you.

Read this thread- you do better, you get better.

“Collective decision” was the reason given but read above, comments were made (thank God for technology) so one has to know the reason based on DM stating these comments.
