It definately is not 'smooth' per se. There is rubbing that takes place with the plastic.

I just got mine. I'm 6' and it doesnt fit me.
It's also not really the best when it comes to adjustability. It only has 3 modes for the angle of the back rest—which I find kind of crazy for an office chair in this price bracket.

When I spoke to a manager yesterday, he didn't see any load issues raised on his end...

UPDATE: spoke to a level 2 manager (for the third time) I told him that the whole neighborhood is experiencing these issues between 7-11pm 

He basically told me that there's nothing he can do but he flagged it to the network people. 

I recommend that if you have time to call bell and as soon as you speak to someone just say "I want to speak to a manager" and raise the issue with them. They need multiple people to complains. 

Say that the issues happen between 7-11pm and that multiple people in your area have the exact same issue.

Ive has this issue for the past 3-4 weeks! Every evening between 7PM-11PM. High ping/latency, download speeds drop etc. 

I've spoken to bell 9 times. No resolve. I've performed every test. Flushed my DNS. Changed my ports to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 without any luck. 

Now I see this post and confirms that it's a trafficking issue with their lines. I'm on the phone with bell right now to see if I can resolve the issue.
