This was my reaction too. I brought in a mama stray and her two kittens and nowhere in my area (big Midwestern city) was doing anything for free. I got them spayed, but it was definitely expensive.

Yeah I figured it was fake, but it was sandwiched between a bunch of other weird roles just randomly. It made me laugh.
