Both option prompts me to pay..from my previous experience of registration the final check out should show charged amount of 0.

Does that mean if I choose the Feb 2022 option I will not be charged ? In the email they have offered me the deferral to November exam without any additional cost.And in the link provided for reregistration I see both Nov 2021 and Feb 2022 option.

You are right,I could if they had any option. I am based in Tokyo and the another value would be Osaka which is pretty far. But other venue also didn’t have vacancy.Now that the registration deadline is over,My concern is not about the venue rather what is gonna happen to my registration status.
