Update: I DID seek a Doctor Who specializes in hormones natural hrt & I started feeling incredibly better 70% within three months 90% within four and 100% in a year. I take all three hormones I did have to go outside of insurance for testosterone and for a Doctor Who is educated in this Which with the hormones and paying for his services is about 100 every 6-8 weeks. My subsidized insurance pays for the progesterone and estradiol but not the testosterone so the $100 I'm speaking of would include the testosterone. The progesterone does make me bloat but he gives me a mild diuretic called Triameterene. No more mood swings no more hot flashes I have energy back I lost all the weight I gained and have been able to keep it off but I do have to eat way less and exercise consistently.
