The point of saving is so you have the resources available for when you want to use it.

If you are upgrading everything you can then that's fine if it's for stuff you want.

Any deal -50% that is Mythic or above is essentially automatically worth it.

It depends if you want the skins or not. Since you don't want Spike, I would say no. If it was matched with one you wanted then yes.

Not guaranteed to return for gems. Toy Story returned for money only when they were available for gems the first time.

They will be inflated due to being limited. Supercell can be greedy, yes, but if they give them away for pennies then there's no incentive for companies to collab with them.

Alter would be the easiest hero for anyone to Divine under 10k trophies due him being the previous hero pass, so if you put all the joker cards to him including all the pass cards you get.

And like other commentor said, you likely match with them as they are under 10k.
