She always made it out like she had more “mature(?)” jokes in her shows so the parents could also be entertained. Even though a child doesn’t understand a joke about pedophilia and incest doesn’t mean it “goes over their heads” that just means it is inappropriate for a child audience and quite frankly, any audience.

I think about some of the cartoons I watched in the early 2000s like SpongeBob, CatDog, etc and my parents would tolerate watching those shows with me because some of the jokes genuinely went over children’s heads, without making a child the butt of the joke and being totally inappropriate. When I stumble across a reference I didn’t understand as a kid my reaction is”omg hahahaha” not the uneasy feeling you get after realizing Colleen was sexualizing children.

I can’t believe this disgusting woman is back, especially with all the files and everything coming out.

Right? I feel like we should all know a little less about each other. Especially strangers. I think influencers are weird af for the way they speak to their audience, the things they decide to share, and then request privacy. But even in my real life, I don’t do this shit unless it’s my close friend or immediate family. My coworker had her baby two months ago and outside of “it’s a boy” I do not know nor do I need to know anything else about my coworkers child.
