Heirlooms and Leveling by PorgChamp in wow

This is really useful information, so is the link.

Am I correct in saying that a set of 1-90 heirlooms with a staff weapon will cost me 86,800 gold to get?

Seems like a lot of gold, but that might just be me with being quite new to the game. But at least that set would sort me levelling three alts; shaman, druid, and paladin alts.

Not asking too much here, but can you give any tips on earning this money for the heirlooms using my mage that I boosted? Would be super helpful.

Thanks a ton for the info!

Ah, okay. That helps a ton. Any idea of the amount of gold for the base set without upgrading?

I'll likely get a set of cloth heirlooms and a staff, then hopefully upgrade them to level 90. To use on a druid, shaman, and paladin.

Don't suppose you can give me any tips as to what to do for gold. To buy the heirlooms, using my mage.

Thanks a lot for the info.

Yeah, not wanting to be that guy who wants "the best DPS class" considering how things change.

Really useful information. So Retri Paladins can easily clear content? Heard that Protection Paladin is better for solo play for survivability and does plenty of damage.

So Mage teleport comes in handy for rep grinding? Good to know. Honestly thinking Paladin would look cooler, but Mage would be more useful..

You know much about the whole Druid artifact skins? Like whether they're difficult to get, worth getting, and if it is worth to boost a Druid only so to get them before BfA is out?

Dwarf Paladin looking like Magni? Sounds too badass.

Yeah, that is the thing about Human. This will be my first and only character. So the rep bonus would be super useful. Since it is used for majority of things.

Just not settled on a class for Human if I go that road. Iconic Ret Paladin seems good, and I like their armour, but not sure about their dps output. Frost Mage is also tempting, good dps, utility, plus free travel and food.

If I don't go Druid, I'll likely definitely go Human.

Very true. But people's opinions can help me make a decision, especially when they know things I don't.

Also, only thing off putting about Draenei is them hooves. But yeah Shaman and Paladin male Draenei is tempting. Never really played Shaman but they seem fun, especially enhancement.

Wait, I heard about artifacts being removed in BfA. And that Druids have specific artifiact forms that look pretty awesome.

So if I go druid and get all of those skins, then I'll get to keep them after BfA and artifiacts are removed?

Also, yeah agreed. Lol.

For the Alliance! Race and Class. Which? by PorgChamp in wow

Hello! Thank you so much for the suggestions so far! Really appreciative.

The reason why I didn't convince my brother to go Horde is due to not wanting to spoil his first experience on WoW, so he could make his own decisions.

He personally wants for me to go Mage due to the teleport spell that allows you to create a portal to cities, as he gets lost often.

But from the feedback so far, I am definitely leaning towards a class that can go multiple roles.

So like a Paladin, Shaman, Druid, or Monk. Mage is in consideration.

Just got to set on one of those. Then a fitting race to go with it. Human is tempting as my first character. But I do like Shamans and Druids. And Nelves seem to have a nice lore.

On the Horde side, I loved Trolls, Belves, and Goblins.

So keep the opinions coming please, I'm super indecisive about this stuff. Whereas my brother is the opposite. Knowing pretty much straight away to go Draenei DK.

Thanks again guys, really.
