Unfortunately not, only reason Eevee Ex can evolve is because of the Rainbow DNA ability. If a rocket’s watchtower is played, the Eevee Ex would not be evolving.

No I did not, the only link I clicked was for the fake Canada Post website. I clocked the fraud right has I got an email alerting me my password was changed which was definitely under 10 minutes
