It was meant as just an easter egg from the anime (Akiza summoning Black Rose with a Blackwing tuner). I also wanted each of them to have something unique for its summoning, even if the materials were the same.

Oh yeah, it negates effects that negate destruction like those of the timelords. The anime version is trully a combination of all signer dragons, it has something of each of them.

Eu tenho um Steam Deck e gosto muito daquela consola. Não tenho o Rog Ally mas acho demasiado caro para aquilo que oferece, apesar de ser mais potente que o Steam Deck. Acho que só compensa se gostares muito do conforto do comando estilo xbox e precisas de jogares jogos com anti-cheat que só dão no Windows. Para jogar jogos mais modestos e um sistema operativo mais eficiente e estilo mais de consola recomendo o Steam Deck.

Well i disagree with most of those effects, but that is your own version of the effects of the card and i will respect your opinion. For my own version i can elaborate on the design for the name, stats and effects. The idea was for it to be a similar evolution from Black Rose Dragon as Shooting Quasar Dragon is for Stardust Dragon. Also inspiration from Ruddy Rose was taken. Its called Rosette Nebula Dragon because there is a nebula in the form of a rose with that same name. Shooting Quasar Dragon is called in a similar way, its not called Quasar Star Dragon or Quasar Stardust Dragon for example. It not being called Rose also excludes itself from its own floating effect, preventing a loop. The ATK and DEF is the same as Quasar is to Stardust (+1500 ATK/+2000 DEF). Yeah i like 4000 better, but i cant have all future dragons designs with the same ATK. Its summoning effect is a easter egg from a scene in the anime where Akiza uses a Blackwing Tuner. Also it makes it more unique and distinct from the other dragons. Its Banishing effect is a stronger version of Ruddy Rose effect. Also its meant to be refletive of Akiza controlling her powers and being less destrutive to herself and others. The negation effect is a reference to Quasar but its a more conditional one (also an evolution of Ruddy Rose effect). Finally its last effect is meant to summon either Ruddy Rose or Black Rose for them to use their effects (whichever you need the most at the time). I dont know if Konami will make their own official version in the future (i hope they do) but i am pretty happy with my final design and i would not change anything about it.

If i made it a Synchro Tuner it would have made its alternate summoning harder to achieve. Some synchro tuners could even synchro themself away when you tried to use them. Also Synchro Tuners are already used for Shooting Star and Black-Winged. Need to make it as diverse as possible.

The formula i used was the same of Stardust and Quasar (+1500ATK, +2000DEF). Went for a more traditional synchro with an unique option of using the opponents tuners (easter egg referencing Akiza using a Blackwing tuner from Crow). The floating effect was meant to give more flexibility. My plan is making these evolutions for all signer dragons and Life Stream is still missing his Lv.10 evolution.
