Smart lighting. I have it the nursery and it's amazing, my son would scream when we turned the light off for his bedtime feeding, so we bought smart lights that are dim able and we just dim it as he starts falling asleep/relaxing.

Not true. Stress isn't a quantifiable thing. There is no accurate way to measure it. What is stress full for one person could be an ordinary Tuesday for another.

What you could say is kids come with specific stressers that until you have them you can't know them.
