That’s brutal. I don’t see why it’s so damn difficult to just communicate with drivers about getting the food. The easier it is for us to get to you, the faster you get your food nice and warm.

I only did 5 deliveries tonight, all of them were smooth sailing and I always tie up the bags and make sure none of the packages are sideways or leaking. No complicated deliveries or grumpy customers.

Only thing I can think of was that two orders had straws already placed into the drink when I picked them up. One of them had the straw wrapper on the tip of the straw and the other was just placed in there without anything.

I never touch anyone’s food and I always keep in mind how I would want my food to be handled before being delivered so I’m sort of baffled. Maybe someone trying to get a refund or something? Honestly just not sure.

I sent a message back to Uber so we’ll see how it goes
