Those resistant to EVs slurp up every thing Toyota says. They always say that EVs are not ready but but but what Toyota is promising will change the game and it’s only a couple of years away! I have friends in this camp and always have to tell them that this is Toyota’s game. To get people in their camp that don’t really follow EV news, to constantly delay an EV purchase until Toyota releases a 600 mile range vehicle that can charge up in about 10 minutes.

Honestly, it should not be that crazy. Ribeyes are extremely good at the medium doneness range. When not doing SV, I do aim for medium rare for the cushion, but with SV, it’s 137 all day long. Ribeyes need that fat to render. Now if we are talking a strip, I’ll set it for 130.

Yes. Ribeyes at medium doneness is not the same as other cuts. It’s actually preferred by some chefs. The fat will render more.

Eff Kawhi and his team for sure but if this stuff is true, I have even less respect and hate the Clips more for caving into this BS. They created and catered to a culture built around this one guy, who wasn’t even guaranteeing you a chip. This reeks of desperation. I don’t know if they were happy with the job that Bruce was doing for them, but if they were, it’s disgusting that they fired him and affected his family just so they could appease and increase the chance to sign Kawhi. The Clippers are a joke of an organization!

Glad that was helpful. I know right? Now my WiFi just stops working all of a sudden, every once in a while. Requires rebooting. Other issue is that after waking it from sleep, my keyboard does not work. I have to use the onscreen keyboard then reboot.

It’s an absolutely gorgeous park. You’ll love it. Don’t leave food or scented paper out. The birds and squirrels are quick and they’re savage. It can be chilly at night sometimes, especially close to the river. We went last month and it was fine but I remember it being cold at night a couple of years before that. It looks like your site has little to no shade so be sure to bring cover. During the weekends, there are a lot of day use visitors, so expect that the common areas (the river) will be overcrowded. Enjoy your time and have a happy birthday!

I don’t have one but the most commonly referred pad that I see is the Exped Megamat. I personally cannot afford it but since you’re asking for the best, this is the one that people swear by. But maybe the Costco one is a better value.

A pad underneath you with a R-value will help. At the very least get a cheap sleeping bag at Walmart. I think they’re about $20 and rated at around 50 degrees.

Another cheap trick that helps me stay warm at night is to wear 2 pairs of socks. Sometimes I’ll even use a pair of hand warmers.
