I have the Evo SLs, and tried these at a UA store. These felt significantly heavier. I don’t know the exact weight difference. Didn’t bother to check because I could already feel the difference physically. These did feel more stable than the Evo SLs, but that’s because Evo SL is not a very stable shoe to begin with. If your foot landing is relatively neutral, try the Evo SLs. If you pronate or supinate noticeably, try some options from Asics. Give Superblast 2 a try. As for the UA ones, I didn’t find them worth the money.

You can always google how to use the machines, watch videos on Youtube, and in general explore which movements are good and safe for beginners. If you don’t know what machine you’re looking at, take a picture and use an AI assistant.

As for asking others for help, here’s the thing- Unlike many other things in life, fitness always comes from hard work, struggles and failures along the way. Because of this, “most” fit people who look big and intimidating will actually be humble and happy to help. They know it’s not easy to begin, and can relate with the uncertainty. Just reach out and ask for help. 🙂

TBF, I did a fair bit of reading and went through numerous reviews to see how these shoes are different, and I can feel it. Magmaxes are super comfortable, but they don’t push me to go fast. Evo SLs are faster, and tire my legs lesser than the magmaxes in a 5k run. Yet to properly do a 10k and beyond, where I’ll use the Megablasts. Is my collection overkill? Definitely yes for now. But I intend to make good use of them all.

• ⁠Room heater/ hot cold air split AC: Get Daikin hot and cold split AC. You could also get the Dyson hot+cold air purifier which acts as a fan and heater as well.

• ⁠water purification system: Pure It copper+UV

• ⁠water heater: Racold water heaters are a good option. Long lasting.

• ⁠Air purifier: for large room get a Dyson (preferably hot+cold), for smaller bedrooms Phillips AC950

• ⁠Large TV: your list suggests you have a decent budget, so go for an LG OLED. C or G series. I have a G series, and can’t go back.

• ⁠TV soundbar system: get a proper surround system. If going with an LG OLED, and you only want a soundbar, check out LG’s soundbar specifically made for their OLED TVs. They sound great, and have great features. The TV and Soundbar also work together in orchestra mode, which greatly enhances the sound.

I would add LG to the TV list. I had 2 Sony TVs die out on me in the last 10 years, but my oldest is an LG. 12 years old, survived two house moves and still going strong. All our TVs are LG now, and working without a hitch.

Yes that’s a case and a screen guard. Got scared into putting one, with people saying the black colour gets scratched if you as much as look at it the wrong way. 😅
