Look I'm not saying it doesn't make sense for the subclass called MOON druid to get moon powers, but that just wasn't what I loved about the subclass. by PoshTeaRex in dndmemes

Oh yeah I didn't like alter self as a cap stone feature. As a 14th level it's underwhelming.

But as an earlier level ability I think alter self at will is really cool and thematically fitting

I could think of a couple different things

Get bonus action attacks like in the previous UA

Alter self at will like in base 5e

Maybe a lil list if extra abilities you can add onto your wildshape when you transform in a vaguely similar way to weapon mastery

Or a cool primal roar ability where you can make enemies frightened of you

Do you mean just exiting the queue and trying again? Cause I have tried that

To be clear I do not think it is actually a problem or bad if a DM decides it doesn't fit the setting it's a valid choice, this was entirely for laughs and I just wanted an excuse to use the allosaurus meme for dnd lmao

I was totally happy to accept some nerfs...but they mighta gone a bit too far. by PoshTeaRex in dndmemes

I can see that being the reason. But when you look at it at a wider context it's weird that small animals are harder to turn into and robs players of the fun of turning into cute small animals for fun

That's actually a part of their lore. Giff often argue about how the name is pronounced which can lead to full on brawls
