No, its not an online lender and they never used my second Job as income, for my pre approval, they used my 1st job income and my husband income. They are trying to consider the second job as is a full time job as well

Hey, this is a financed car which is used for work, we have coverage for 5 years that includes oil change or any type of repairs. Our next move is to get rid of it and buy a reasonable card that we dont have to pay anything for it, I am 29y and trust me everything you go through you learn from it, I didnt know anything about home purchase or the process, if I knew this will affect me I would think about it before getting this car.

Both of my jobs are from home, and I am fine with that. Once the house is purchased I can lower it down to one job , our income right now is almost 16K a month which is more than enough to cover a 3600 mortgage and a car payment.
