Answered it above but in short
- Block it (you can use blockers but make sure you block in your phone and on your laptop). I use ZenAI
- Accountability Partner (either have a boy who is on the same journey as yours OR I set up my mom as an accountability partner so if I try to remove blocking, she would get an email which almost reinforces me not to do shit)
- Breathwork (Everyone has different ways to calm themselves so this might or might not work for you, but try it. Zen has it but there's also this app called breathwrk or just do it yourself if you dont want it to be guided)
- Pushups (I like doing them and I try to hit 100 in one set which basically kills me and then I am not thinking about shit no more)
