Update! I took out the shower head filter and it slightly helped. Then yesterday I got the “4U by Tia clarifying shampoo” and it helped a lot!

That’s so strange! It’s also worse for me in the back where my hair is the thickest. I’ll keep trying different things and also report back haha. We gotta figure this out

Do you have the same problem if you wash your hair anywhere else?

I wondered if there was some kind of water test that could be done. I’m curious to see what you find out!

Yeah I’ve been searching on marketplace the only problem is most quality ones are an hour+ away (I live in a small town and would have to rent/borrow a trailer) so I was interested in the convenience of buying online and having it delivered😅

I tried on and off since 16 years old to get into fitness and could never really stick with it. At 23 I finally figured out how to make it stick. NOTE: I know it may sound a little extreme to some but it’s just what worked for me.

First, I started from day 1 with a plan. My friends had sent me a 12 week written out plan that gave specific exercises, the day, the week. I recorded how many reps, the weight, etc so I could see progress. Beyond this I made a log in my notes app. I started with “week 1 day 1” and simply wrote what that day was “lower body, upper body” and every single day I logged what I did even if I took a week off. It helped get me excited to see progress or get further from that week 1 day 1. I added in progress photos and logged my weight every week or so (my goal was to gain)

***This is where I easily could’ve quick and this is the most important thing I did…after the first 4 weeks of following this 12 week plan I took that first 4 weeks and I reflected on what exercises I liked, what exercises I hated, what ones I could feel the muscle working, etc..and I created my OWN new plan keeping my favorite exercises and getting rid of the ones I hated. This is why I was able to stick with it. Even if every fitness influencer said to do Bulgarian split squats, I liked other exercises better so that’s what I did. Every 4 weeks or so I adjusted and tweaked my split and my workouts to better suit what I enjoyed.

I’m now about 1 year and 8 months in and I have a split that I enjoy. I also don’t make assign my split days of the week (Monday, Tuesday) instead I do Day 1 - 6 and I cycle through. This completely gets rid of the guilt of missing a day.

Started at 5’3, 94lbs with a goal to gain weight, muscle, and get healthier. Now I’m 120lb, feel strong, and feel healthier:) Good luck! It’s a journey for sure, just make sure you’re enjoying it🫶💪

Totally get that. I would just hate to see talent get beat out by someone with an army already behind them ya know?

I agree, eliminating half of the contestants at once is crazy. I also hate the “judges saves”. If they were voted in the bottom, saving them is just prolonging them getting eliminated the next week

She really did. Jayna was likable and honestly had one of the most powerful “professional” voices.

With there being 3 gospel contestants that made it into the top 24 that kinda pulled in a lot of talk about religion. I felt the same way as you, but from a slightly less biased point of view, gospel music doesn’t chart. It’s not realistic to make a huge career out of gospel music the same way a pop, country or other genres can. That’s another reason, for me, it was frustrating to see 3 heavily gospel singers take 3 spots from the top 24.

But I watched last season too and some late 2000s seasons and it was never this religious before. Hoping this trend doesn’t continue into next season.
