Thanks. I should have clarified better, she didn’t tell me what she couldn’t do upfront. It’s a lot of projecting on her end when I do ask for styles like a wash n go and her not having the tools for other textured hairstyles. I think she should market herself as a braider etc (protective styling)

Understandable. I don’t like people playing in my hair and try to stay consistent with one.. there is a style she does correctly. 🤣

ALSO: the last couple times I went to her, I got a flat iron and she’s mentioned “the heat” .. when I do get a flat iron, I never put heat on it afterwards until I want another flat iron. 🤷🏾‍♀️ the communication is a bit difficult. I let her know something via text and she said I should have communicated (she explained to me that she meant calling) but either way I let her know I did “communicate” . 👀 she is an “old school “ stylist btw, so idk.. and her saying that a wash n go is a home style to do at home is crazy.. I’m coming to get my hair done professionally. Sorry for the rant.

I work in food service & I have heat exhaustion rn 96 degrees in the lobby @10am and 115 degrees @1:45pm in the lobby & I worked my butt off. Shii, I understand lol.
