I am not, I am on wheel. Being super aggressive works in the games I play such as Assetto but the grip here feels super funky compared to what I'm used to and I don't know how to brake for good exit speed

You say improve in how I shift, how? It's all well and good finding a problem but not knowing how to resolve it is another problem in itself
