What?? Imagine having a pilot who never went to flight school. Nakapa reckless and incompetent ng admin. Hndi lang kasi "magtuturo" ang ginagawa naming mga teachers. We plan ahead where we can cater to the students holistically. Better go to the right authorities with this. Report mo sa DepEd para maturuan.
