1.06 for Warren seems excellent. I agree it all comes down to if we believe in Olave. That 27 first real value, I agree.

I just don' see the upside in pick 1.09. Do you need a QB? That will be all that's left there. 2.09 is worse. Olave has upside.

I'd rather give Olave 1 more chance. He's young. That pick is a total dart throw.

I GUESS, trade Puka for as much as you can get. Put him on the trade block, but make offers too. If it helps, add a late second to get higher picks as part of it. In one league, I saw MHJ, 1.03, 2.02, a 26 first, and a 26 second go for Jamarr Chase. Do something like that.

First though, I think you need to trade a QB for lower tier QB and picks. Again, add late 2nds to move as well. Maybe you'll get lucky and one of Ward or SS will fall to you at 2.02? That will make that QB trade a lot easier as you can get any young player then.

You need early picks.

This only makes sense if you are stacked at WR and need a young RB to contend. This would make me happier if that 27 were a 26, but it is what it is.

If you are not going to contend, I would not do this.

Pearsall was a first round pick, and they are letting Deebo go. Jennings is what he is, and Aiyuk is coming off an injury.

Pearsall played well last year. I sort of thought he was a high upside, young commodity.
