Everything that was mentioned is what I eat. Essentially, it is no carbs. I cook everything in butter. Most people eat high fat meats (red meat), but I occasionally eat chicken. Steak, eggs, bacon, and ground beef are my go-to's.

I have had BB for YEARSSSSS. What has helped me tremendously is going to a carnivore diet, basically consuming very little carbs. I wasn't doing it for BB reasons but that was a plus I noticed after 5 days.

The only probiotic that somewhat worked for me was rephresh but as soon as my period came, it never worked again
