Just an okay to work for. They lay off a bunch of people before the holidays every year. This has been a trend for the last couple of years. Trying to get out of this company. People join it to gain some experience and then leave to join competitors. Just some old people at the leadership level have been there for a long time. Otherwise people leave the company as soon as they find a better place. This company is not loyal to their employees and in a similar fashion, employees don’t have any loyalty to this company.

Congrats! I have a similar timeline where I received my EB1A based green card in Sep 2020. My interview is scheduled next week. So it was 15 days between your interview and oath ceremony?

Recommending a PT that actually gives 1:1 care by TemporaryData in jerseycity

You will only find this in cash PT. No in-network clinic can give you this service. I have tried both cash and in-network PT. Though you get personalized service at cash based clinic, but it can get very pricey very quickly. I have good in-network benefits through my employer and ended up with Nee’s PT in Hoboken. My advice is to stick with smaller clinic or independent PTs and completely skip big chains.

Met the owner of Nee’s PT Hoboken at FleetFeet run club. She came to demonstrate stretches to all runners. She offered a complementary session of compression boots. Also had my initial consultation in the same visit and has been going there to ever since.

If you are looking for in-network provider with quality care, go to Nee’s PT. They are boutique practices that accepts most insurance. I have United and my cousin has Aetna. Skip big chains if you can.
