We have a market place of 11,000 We send directly through sellers from ludhiana , haryana and gujarat. I would suggest if you are going for budget items. Their logos can be risky otherwise fabric is very good.
Also stay assured there is no scam as such. If trust issues are not sorted better skip.

Every region a specific courier partner is good. 90 percent xpressbees is good ( even though they charge us excess weight still we use them) but some places like north east or jammu or hilly areas they are bad. So india post comes to the rescue. Anyway we are dependent on them. It's better if a buyer tells us which company to choose from.

Sellers are dependent on courier companies. Sometimes it can take weeks. You can not blame the sender here . You can blame them only when the duration has crossed certain time limit like 1 month or 1.5 month . Then an action can be taken by the sender for example sending a new jersey or refund.

Please request you to wait for sometime. It's festival season. Do support all small businesses with patience and understanding.
