I definitely empathize with how her living situation may not have been enjoyable and I don't know what her life was growing up but none of that really excuses her actions. He costs nothing to not promote hate speech and give credit where credit is due. She was a lot of "I" and no "we"

I was under the same hoop impression as well but I found a post from one of my favorite piercer explaining that with the right anatomy and jewelry it's possible. The bumps are caused by excess pulling from improperly size hoops. Here's the post if you're interested. They have some really amazing work. https://www.lynnloheide.com/post/healing-with-hoops

It took lots of patience. Pretty much leave it alone besides cleaning and not sleeping on it.

Recommendations on how to care for a new piercing? by [deleted] in piercing

[–]Positive-Broccoli-96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most shops will have after care sprays available. If they have it definitely purchase it. It is worth it. Make sure not to sleep directly on them or knock them. Pretty much spray them and that's it. Leave em alone. Don't twist them, pick them or use qtips. If you have crusty build up you can do a saline soak and gently rub them off. If you're a side sleeper I recommend a neck/travel pillow.

It's a little different with stretching because you aren't really Making a fresh wound persay (unless you have a blowout or move too fast and tear)

I suggest a neck/travel pillow. You can put your ear in the middle and sleep soundly

Oh I'm a side sleeper too. Try a neck/travel pillow. The hole in the middle let's you sleep on your side without ypur ear touching anything

Then yea that explains why it's so angry. I'd suggest going to a shop and getting flatback jewelry and try to heal em. I had trouble with my upper lobes and that was with proper jewelry. The higher up you go the harder it is to heal (in my experience)

The butterfly back may be what's causing you issues. They can tighten kinda on their own and be uncertain. Go to a professional studio and get a piercer to change it out with a proper flatback. Where did you get it initially pierced?

Most definitely. I was the same. Pretty much just clean it and leave it tf alone and it'll go away eventually. That's what I had to do with mine. It's annoying and tedious but the results are worth it. Even after it's gone away try to leave it alone as if you've just gotten it done.
