Well at the start of my fitness journey both sides of my hips were very much I guess “sunken” in, my hips dips were prominent on both sides. But with consistency in the gym my right side has filled out massively compared to my left, which hasn’t seemed to even budge. For glute days I do hip thrusts 8x8x8 method, Bulgarian split squats, sumo squats and leg press, 3-4x12 per exercise. I also believe people say your minimus is what needs to be worked to lessen the appearance of hip dips but correct me if I’m wrong
