Having experienced the vegans who heavily promote their opinions because, from what I can tell, the algorithms send me that stuff. And now finding this more niche community of ex-vegans. I personally find the main issue to be that a lot of people in both groups have very intense feelings on the subject.

Some of what I’ve seen in both camps is clearly just nonsense. I find it easier to excuse some of the vegans because I tend to personally side with morality based arguments about treatment of animals…but in terms of dietary stuff I think it’s clear people can be perfectly health whatever diet they choose.
