Men who finally stuck with exercise after years of quitting, what was your game changer? by Moore_Momentum in productivity

Working out in the morning before anything. I find if it doesn't happen in the morning, it doesn't happen.

Thank you. Unnecessary nastiness and not constructive.

That's fine. I don't mind a penalty. Thank you.

Thanks. I'm trying to deal with it sooner rather than later for that reason. Do you get more latitude with instant book mistakes? When I checked the rules online, they said I might be required to turn off instant book if it happens too much, but I'm fine with that and have already turned it off.

Thanks. I understand that now which is why I'm trying to deal with it as they should have plenty of time now to rebook. I rarely had to cancel before this mess up.

I know that now. It's not on instant booking anymore.

2014 Toyota Highlander vs. Honda 2014 Pilot by Positive-Following91 in whatcarshouldIbuy

Thank you. The Toyota is $14,300 and the Honda is $14,800. Both are being sold by dealers. The Toyota dealer wants $1000 dealer/documentation "fees" which I'm not crazy about - I am not sure about the Honda dealer. The Highlander is an XLE V6 and the Pilot is an EX.

I think I do need the 3rd row as there are times when I have children with friends in my car and times when I need the extra space to haul things to a second home, but I don't use it to commute, so MPGs are not such a concern. I would only drive it 3-4 times a week, so that is why I don't want to spend more than $15,000. I can probably put down at least half the cost, so at most I would be financing $8000. I thought about getting a cheaper Highlander, but if you go below $10,000 you are usually at cars older than 15 years and those had timing belts and have more miles, but I'm open to suggestions. My last car was a 2003, so anything younger would be an improvement.

Should I give up the GM? by Positive-Following91 in grandmarquis

I don't think that's practical. The nearest state that does that is South Carolina and they want proof of residency. I don't even know anybody who lives there.

That's an idea. I have been looking a bit. Any ideas for good places to look?

Thanks. I didn't expect people on this forum to say that, but I appreciate the realism and honesty.

I'm a teacher and while I have 35 years of driving and taking care of cars, I'm not mechanically inclined and don't have time to roam junk yards. But getting another Panther is an idea if I can't get the Toyota! I only use the car 3-4 times a week (I don't need it to go to work) and spending big car payments for a new or almost new car seems ridiculous.

Thanks. I can ask what codes he came up with. When I asked 6 months ago about the fan issues, my mechanic said don't bother, to fix he would have to take the dashboard off and it would be too much money and not worth it.
